Prevents discolouration in peeled potatoes and other root vegetables. Economical, easy to use, highly effective, thoroughly tested and officially approved.
Extended shelf life, keeps peeled potatoes white and in perfect condition for up to 7 days after treatment. No labelling requirements, in tests residues have consistantlly been well under the 10ppm guidline. Low odour, improves working environments.
