How To Enter
- The first step is to fill in the online entry form (below) making sure that your email address is correct. We will then email you a Questionnaire.
- After reading the questions carefully, fill in the Questionnaire and return it to the address on the returns form.
- Questionnaires are then marked and the top 25 will go through to the second round.
- The Second Round consists of a taped telephone call when the judges will ask the entrant a few questions.
- These taped interviews are then judged to find the semi-finalists of the Competition.
- Arrangements are made to visit the semi-finalists in their place of work where they will be observed practicing all aspects of fish frying, from preparation to the final presentation.
- The judges will then decide who the finalists will be and they will be invited to attend the Fish & Chip Shop of the Year Awards Luncheon in London, where the National Winner will be announced.
Contestants must be 25 years old or under, by the 31st December 2010.
