How To Enter

1. The first step is to fill in the online entry form (below) making sure that your email address is correct. We will then email you a Questionnaire.
2. After reading the questions carefully, fill in the Questionnaire and return it to the address on the returns form.
3. Questionnaires are then marked and the top 25 will go through to the second round.
4. The Second Round consists of a taped telephone call when the judges will ask the entrant a few questions.
5. These taped interviews are then judged to find the semi-finalists of the Competition.
6. Arrangements are made to visit the semi-finalists in their place of work where they will be observed practicing all aspects of fish frying, from preparation to the final presentation.
7. The judges will then decide who the finalists will be and they will be invited to attend the Fish & Chip Shop of the Year Awards Luncheon in London, where the National Winner will be announced.

Contestants must be 25 years old or under, by the 31st December 2010.
